We do not accept any cancellations after the payment is processed.

Since we offer non-tangible, irrevocable products & services, we do not provide refunds after the purchase, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the website. Please make sure that you have carefully read service description before making a purchase.

However, refunds are provided in select cases as stated below:

1. Customer paid more than the stated price.
2. The coupon code did not work due to technical reasons.
3. Customer chose the wrong plan or solution.
